About the role

This is an exciting role for an ambitious individual, whose main responsibility will be working alongside our development team to appraise and evaluate new development deals.

This individual must have existing real estate experience and demonstrable skills in compiling deal appraisals and memorandums.

The successful candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

This is a fast-paced role working with a Convivial team and offers fantastic progression opportunities for the right candidate.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Preparation & collation of appraisals and Investment Memorandums
  • Model and analyse transactions with the Investment and Asset Management team
  • Support the Operations Director in running and developing fund and asset management models
  • Develop presentations and Investment Memorandum materials for fund investors
  • Produce analytics and market research for assessment of new investments and strategies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of investment strategies and individual assets
  • Build and maintain relationships to acquire real estate market insights from external sources such as lenders, appraisers, brokers, and research professionals.
  • Prepare investment memorandum, general marketing materials, etc
  • Review legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process

 

Skills and Experience

  • Real estate experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point;
  • Highly numerical individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to write and communicate in a structured manner;
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a track record which supports this;
  • Good sense of humour and humble hands-on attitude towards work;
  • Relevant work experience from the real estate industry
