This is a first-class opportunity for a candidate with a passion for writing and that wants to work on a wide range of digital campaigns and who loves working in an analytical role where the individual will see the results of his/her/their insight, and input and hard work.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the business in developing the digital marketing strategy and budgetary requirements.
  • Develop, implement, track, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including o Implementing the SEO strategy to increase the number of visitors to the website(s) and achieve high-ranking placements in search results.
  • Create impactful and creative copy for the web, social media, advertising, and marketing collateral. Work closely with design agencies to support our digital campaigns.
  • Work with the business to finalise messaging houses per target segment; and develop a content calendar for the group per segment and per digital channel – on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Ensure content is of the highest quality to match branding and tone and is consistent across all platforms.
  • Responsible to evolve and maintain the Convivia website.
  • Manage and track performance for social media advertising campaigns or any other lead generation activities.
  • Implement the organic social media strategy and increase user engagement, traffic to our websites, and the number of followers across multiple social media channels
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually reporting when needed or requested for a multitude of purposes
  • Keep up to date with trends in the market and competitor behaviour
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and outline improvements (i.e., usability based on learnings from Google Analytics).
  • Creation of automated customer email campaigns within relevant software systems; and a company newsletter
  • Partner with our Videographer to capture content for our social media channels.
  • Partner with the team to identify new content angles.

 

Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, lead generation and account-based marketing.
  • Proven experience in creating a content calendar monthly and driving lead generation campaigns.
  • Fantastic writing skills.
  • Technically curious and with knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, MailChimp, Google Analytics and other MarTech.
  • Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, analytical thinker with core knowledge of social media, and SEO combined with an interest in developing experience within PPC and Google Ads.
  • Experience with the measurement of digital marketing performance metrics and the tracking of ROI.
  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be able to step up to the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and reliability.
  • Being a people person, you will want to work in a position and business where collaboration across your wider team and your opportunity to learn and develop are guaranteed.

  • Increased traffic to Convivia website (organic, referral and paid)
  • Increased number of followers on our key social media channels.

  • Increase % rate from MQL to SAL.
